The King Island Native Community has declared a public health emergency for its Tribal Members due to the

COVID-19 pandemic. To meet the immediate and critical needs of Tribal Members, King Island Native Community has instated a COVID-19 Tribal General Welfare Emergency Assistance Program with Positive COVID-19 assistance that is available through an application process. Please note: This program will not affect Tribal Members who receive Social Security Income (SSI) payments. This is non-taxable under the Tribal General Welfare Act of 2014.
